I don't normally write reviews for anything online, but Ken is truly an amazing broker. This was the largest and most important financial transaction of my life, and having Ken walk me through it was unbelievably helpful and reassuring. Ken helped my wife and I buy our first home. He was very low pressure - we first met him a year before we ended up buying and had a nice chat, but at the time we were not ready. We didn't get a lot of junk mail from him, or other high pressure tactics. When we came back he was happy to help. He seems to have been around for a long time. He knows a lot about the local market, and he knows a lot people that can make the whole process easier.
